Turn what you know into a plan your team can build.
One clear Blueprint for how your training or program should work — from what people need to learn to how they participate, what the facilitator needs, and what your team needs to create.

Our Process
Clear. Collaborative. Buildable.
Every project follows the same basic process. The depth changes depending on whether we're designing one session, a connected series, or a larger program.
01 — Design Brief
We start by getting clear on the people, purpose, goals, existing content, constraints, and what success needs to look like.
We also identify what already exists, what still needs to be decided, and who needs to be involved.
02 — Learning & Program Design
We work out how the learning should function.
That includes what people need to learn and do, content flow, timing, participation and practice, accessibility, facilitator needs, materials, and measurement.
Your team is brought in at key points so important decisions are made together rather than discovered at the end.
03 — Blueprint Delivery
We bring the decisions together into the Tukoda Blueprint.
Your team receives a clear plan for how the training or program should work, what needs to be created, and how the pieces fit together.
We walk your team through the Blueprint before handoff so the people building and delivering the training understand the plan behind it.

You should know why the training or program is needed and who it is for.
Bring whatever already exists — research, content, policies, subject-matter notes, previous materials, feedback, or other useful information.
You do not need to know how the training should work yet.
That's what we figure out together.

Teams creating a new learning session, series or program

Subject experts with strong content but no clear learning structure
Projects with several people contributing to the final materials
Teams that need training to work consistently across facilitators or locations
