Know what is working before you decide what to change.
Tukoda reviews existing training, learning series, and programs. We look at your goals, content, structure, participation, accessibility, and results to understand what is working and what is getting in the way.
Over time, training changes. New facilitators come in. Materials get updated. New content, activities, technology, and requirements are added.
Each change can make sense on its own while the training as a whole moves further away from what it was meant to accomplish.

Every project follows the same basic process. The depth changes depending on whether we're designing one session, a connected series, or a larger program.

We start with your goals, audience, existing materials, constraints, and what you need the work to accomplish.
We ask questions, review what you have, and make sure we understand the problem before moving forward.
02 — Review or Design
We work out how the learning should function.
Depending on the project, Tukoda reviews what already exists or designs the structure for something new.
We work with you and the right people on your team throughout the process.
03 — Deliver
You receive a clear final deliverable based on the service: Findings + Recommendations, a Tukoda Blueprint, or a Design Review.
We walk you through the work, answer questions, and make sure your team understands what comes next.

If you already have learning that is not working as well as it should, start with a Review. If you are creating something new, Design may be the better fit. If your team has already built materials from a Tukoda Blueprint, Design Review checks the build. Virtual & Hybrid Production supports selected learning experiences during delivery.
