Last week, I had the privilege of learning from Yemilo Audu, where she was leading a session at the MB L&D Network Conference 2025. Her thoughtful and reflective approach invites learners in to also reflect deeply on their own practice and to explore small shifts that, in the moment and overtime, will have great impact.

The depth of Yemilo’s knowledge and expertise was grounded in real-world experience in design for transformative learning and gathering with purpose. She facilitated from a place of authenticity and passion for the work she does.

I appreciated the clear and actionable approaches for learning design that she modelled and shared, and have already been able to apply in my own practice. I look forward to future opportunities to learn from Yemilo!
